2. Independent Service Provider LooVaCast is an independent third-party service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the official AzuraCast project. AzuraCast is open-source software, and our services are based on its platform. For official support related to AzuraCast itself, please refer to the official project resources.

3. Services Provided LooVaCast offers managed hosting services for AzuraCast instances, including setup, maintenance, and technical support. All support inquiries should be directed to LooVaCast, as we are responsible for managing and supporting your hosted instance.

4. Client Responsibilities You are responsible for the content you broadcast and must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. LooVaCast is not liable for any content broadcasted through our services.

5. Support and Maintenance For any technical issues or support requests, please contact LooVaCast directly. We provide support for the services we offer but do not provide support for the AzuraCast software itself.

6. Limitation of Liability LooVaCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms LooVaCast reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
