REFUND POLICY

Our simple, transparent refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your LoovaCast experience.

ELIGIBILITY

Refund eligibility is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Your account must be in good standing with no violations of our acceptable use policy.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Contact our refunds team at refunds@loovacast.com with your account email and order details. Include a brief explanation of why you’re requesting the refund. We’ll process your request within 5 business days.

EXCLUSIONS

  • Refunds are subject to review and approval
  • Accounts with Terms & Conditions violations are ineligible
  • Purchased add-ons and upgrades (non-refundable unless purchased concurrently with main plan)

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing cycle. If you cancel within the refund window, a refund will be issued as outlined above.

CHARGEBACKS WARNING

Filing a chargeback does not protect your rights better than our refund policy. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and refusal of service. Always contact our support team first for fast resolution.
