LoovaCast provides internet radio broadcasting services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
When you register for a LoovaCast account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We reserve the right to change our fees upon 30 days notice. Existing subscription prices are locked for the duration of your current billing cycle.
You agree not to use LoovaCast to transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature.
The LoovaCast service and all content provided are protected by copyright. You retain all rights to content you broadcast. We retain rights to the platform and all original materials.
LoovaCast strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee continuous service availability. We are not liable for interruptions due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data and broadcasting information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and the refund process.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
LoovaCast and its officers, directors, employees shall not be held liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold LoovaCast harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ground Rush Inc. is located, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
